  • Install an LVL beam above the ceiling plane for a seamless transition

  • Run new electrical circuits for countertop outlets, lights, refrigerator, dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, garbage disposals, induction cooktops, ovens, and heated floors

  • Run plumbing and drain lines for sinks, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Insulate walls and ceiling

  • Drywall and finish walls and ceiling

  • Level floor, install ditra heat mat and heating cables, tile and grout floors

  • Install cabinets and countertops

  • Install all plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and appliances

  • Install baseboard and window trim

  • Paint walls, ceiling, and trim

  • Install and grout backsplash.
